Surrender into your Body and Heart; Restorative and Somatic Movement
Mondays; 5:30pm-6:45pm
Join me, Dejah Roman, in the upper level of Unity Center of Des Moines for this 75-
minute effortless and accessible yoga experience. Each session will begin with a
simple, guided self-assessment followed by gentle somatic body movements. This will
lead to an offering of 3-4 restorative poses with the use of props. We will close each
session with a full 20-minute savasana utilizing yoga Nidra and sound healing.
Cost? There is a recommended self-investment of $15-$25 per guest via cash or
Venmo to DT Roman @Dejah-Roman. This donation is shared with Unity Center to
support keeping their doors open.
NOTE: We have very limited space and can only accommodate 6-7 guests max.
